VST interiors were contracted to complete an enabling package of works on the Grade 1 listed Melville building prior to the building being let to tenants.
Works consisted of installing metal stud partitions to divide up units and installation of metal framed ceilings with a mixture of traditional plaster and tape and jointed finishes.
VST also installed a 3-layer acoustic ceiling underneath the cinema being constructed on the top floor, this included forming acoustically rated recessed details on the perimeters.
In addition, VST were contracted to install timber stud walls and associated works to divide up one of the units for use as a serviced office.
